I'm very torn as well. As long as it is as light or lighter than the original engine. If it adds weight I would say its a bad move.

Double the horsepower in stock trim for an extra 120lbs. Not a bad trade off. Not to mention the power potential the LS3 has. I can see why he did it.

Would I have done it to a car with a good S14? No. If it had a blown engine, maybe. To each their own.

Eh, another box around an LS engine. No me gusta. Just personal preference of course, but I'm not a fan of LS swaps in most circumstances.
